Tristar & Red Sector Inc. (TRSI) is an international collective of demoscene artists founded in 1990. TRSI pursues no commercial purpose, offers no goods or services, and carries no advertising. This website exists solely to present, document and archive the artistic work of the group and its members.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law, pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content in question without delay.
Liability for links
Our site contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. We therefore cannot accept any liability for such third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; no unlawful content was identifiable at that time. Historical content and archive
This website documents more than three decades of a demoscene group's history and therefore includes historical material such as NFO files, intros, graphics and texts from earlier decades. This material is reproduced exclusively for documentary and historical purposes and does not necessarily reflect the present-day views of the group or its members. No copyrighted third-party works are offered for download through this website.
Reporting infringements and removal of content
We make every effort to respect the rights of third parties. If you believe that content on this website infringes your rights, or if you are a current or former member and would like your handle, name or image removed, please contact us informally at admins@trsi.org. We review every report and will promptly remove affected content where a complaint is justified. A formal cease-and-desist notice is not necessary for this purpose.
